CRI Lifetree ensures rapid, on-time clinical trial enrollment through the empowerment of our location specific recruitment centers. We take responsibility for enrollment by putting our location specific recruitment resources and enrollment expertise to work immediately. Our long standing commitment to keenly understanding the dynamics of each geographic location ensures recruitment success.
CRI Lifetree develops project specific subject recruitment strategies to accelerate enrollment. Our strategies will:
CRI Lifetree develops demographically focused, cost-effective media, advertising strategies and tools that carefully manage your budget while assessing performance on a daily basis and will anticipate your study’s enrollment targets week by week.
CRI Lifetree successfully designs, anticipates and executes subject retention programs for each project. CRI Lifetree’s subject retention programs focus on methods to keep the subject’s committed to the study from the moment of signed informed consent until study completion. Below are some examples of what we find has worked well for subject retention regardless of study design.
We employ a group of hard working individuals we refer to as Liaisons. The role and responsibility of our subject liaisons may seem simple, but over time, we have discovered exactly how essential our liaisons are to our project and to our overall subject retention program. The liaisons ensure the needs of daily living are taken care of for our inpatient subject’s. This may include, courier services from CRI Lifetree to the subject’s place of employment, postal and laundry services. Our Alzheimer’s subjects and their families have appreciated our liaisons when they just sit and visit, play games or simply be close by to help with the TV remote.
Our dedicated recreational area’s accommodate large screen TVs, game tables, computers, fax and printers. Our diverse inpatient populations have repeatedly provided feedback on how much they appreciate our dedicated recreational areas, especially when staying for extended periods of time.
Key to retention is providing transportation. Many of our subject’s utilize our transportation services to and from their study visits. This service has proven to be extremely effective for retention especially for the elderly and during the harsh winter months.
Our method of payment to our research participants is a retention methodology that utilizes project/visit milestones carefully placed at specific intervals so that participating subjects are continually recognized for their valued participation.
