Erica Ridolfi was promoted to Senior Director, Clinical Site Operations of the Marlton, NJ facility in January 2013. In this position Ms. Ridolfi provides staff training on policies, procedures, company Work Instructions and SOPs as well as overseeing the day to day operations to include scheduling and management of all clinical staff. Ms. Ridolfi has over 10 years of experience in the field of clinical research and she has been affiliated with CRI Lifetree since 2004. Ms. Ridolfi brings her background in Business Administration and experience as a clinical research coordinator to this current position. She has participated in the conduct of over 200 clinical trials across a broad spectrum of indications during her career with CRI Lifetree. She has hands on experience in all aspects of conducting clinical trials and has research experience as a Cognitive Rater. Ms. Ridolfi is a certified member of ACRP and has participated in numerous continuing educational opportunities in the field of clinical research.
